1. These terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted by the Client on completion of the registration form. 2. There is a placement fee of £680 for all permanent placements ( more than 4 weeks ). 3. The placement fee becomes due once the employee has accepted the position offered and must be paid within 7 working days of invoice. 4. The candidate will be reserved for a period of one week. If ABC does not receive the invitation letter and the fee within this period, the applicant will be offered to other clients for selection 5. In the event of a prospective employer cancelling the engagements prior to the commencement of employment, a non-returnable administration fee of £100 will become payable. 6. If the employee cancels the engagement prior to commencement of the contract, ABC will provide a replacement. However, if no suitable replacement is available, a full refund will be provided 7. Refund rights are dependent upon punctual payment of our invoice. 8. Should the mother's help prove unsuitable during the first four weeks' of employment, subject to the employer providing a written report explaining why the mother's help is unsuitable, ABC will provide one free replacement as soon as possible. This offer is subject to the discretion of the agency and to the proviso that there has been no material deviation from the requirements set out in the Client Registration Form. Should the Agency fail to find a replacement within a 30 day period, a refund will be made less £100 administration charge. 9. The Agency operates purely as an introductory service and will endeavour to introduce suitable applicants. It is the responsibility of the Client to be satisfied as to the suitability of the applicant. 10. The Agency does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, expense or injury resulting from an introduction by the Agency to the Client. The agency advises both the employee and the employer to take out appropriate insurance. 11. The Agency shall not be responsible or liable for any breach by the au pair of the terms of engagement or for any other act or omission whether wilful, negligent or otherwise. 12. The agency will advise on a suitable form of contract to be agreed between the employer and employee, but the agency cannot be held liable for this. 13. All information provided to Clients is confidential. Clients transferring information supplied by the Agency and resulting in the engagement of an au pair by a third party will be liable to pay the full fee for that engagement. 14. If the Client cancels the booking after the au pair has been engaged and prior to arrival at the Client's home, a cancellation fee of £50 will become payable to cover the cost of the Agency's work 15. Mother's helps will be paid weekly or monthly in arrears, depending on the terms of the contract. Clients are legally responsible for paying employers tax and national insurance contributions and must provide appropriate payslips. 16. The Agency shall not be responsible or liable for any breach by the mother's help of the terms of engagement or for any other act or omission whether wilful, negligent or otherwise. 17. All information provided to clients is confidential. Clients transferring information supplied by the agency and resulting in the engagement of the mother's help by a third part will be liable to pay the full engagement fee.
