ABC is an established agency with many years experience of making successful placements.

We select candidates based on their suitability for childcare, management of light household duties and flexibility to fit into family life. We consider these criteria as well as independence, interests and other aspects of personality when making the selection.

When providing clients with applicants to consider we try to match candidates and family interests and needs and ask clients to provide information to assist in that matching process. We place both males and females.

To reassure our candidates about the families they are coming to, we ask clients to provide a reference, either written or verbal, from a previous au pair or nanny wherever possible.

Many of our au pairs have a very acceptable level of English before they arrive. Mother's Helps are expected to speak good English.
